An extremely atmospheric Rembrand experience! Hospitality and service at the highest level. Ginger & mandarin short was a great starter. Parsnip soup with fritters and walnut oil was delicious and made us feel about completion the brunch, but what came with platter surely made us curious about modern fusion and historical Dutch cuisine: Crab & Yuzu salad, Sour beef stew, Herring with Herring caviar on potatoe salad and... Cured ham and melon (like a song!).
The final scene was a sweet art performance: original table painting with 🥭 - passion fruit coulis, strawberry 🍓 coulis, hazelnut ganache, dark chocolate mousse, strawberry caramel bonbons and almond brownie.... all covered with liquid nitrogen clouds...
We disappeared and alived in a delicious world of dessert.
